Membership
There are almost 400 members in 2023. Our thanks to everyone who becomes a member and helps support the Willits Senior Center. You may become a member anytime during the year with all memberships renewing in June of each year.
Cost – $35 for single person, $60 for a couple at the same address (cash, check or charge payments are accepted, checks should be made out to WSI)

*Firewood is provided by CalFire and local residents, who cut, split, deliver and stack over 50 cords of firewood each year. Beginning in November and running through March (while supplies last) each member may pick up 50 pieces of wood twice a month. Volunteers distribute wood on Tues and Thurs from 9-11am. You must have a current Firewood Card to pick up your firewood. Cards are available each November at our front desk for members only.
Thrift Store
Willits Senior Center’s Thrift Store is open Monday thru Friday from 10am to 4:00pm. It has grown over the years thanks to our community’s generous donations of gently used furniture, clothing, and other miscellaneous items. Today, with all the donations and through the help of volunteers, our Thrift Store is now a success. It provides 33% of the revenue needed to keep our doors open to so many people. This income enables us to continue to provide transportation, outreach programs, and nutritional programs; as well as provide health and social activities to the disabled and seniors in our area. Throughout the year, Willits Senior Center has various fundraising events that help us fund our mission to area seniors.
Sees Candies
You can purchase delicious assortments of Sees Candies at our main lobby to enjoy or gift. Proceeds help the Willits Senior Center — and your community. Call our office at 707-459-6826 for more information. Or stop by and see what we offer: one-pound boxes of milk chocolate candies, dark chocolate candies, assorted candies, soft centers, and nuts ‘n’ chews as well as truffles, toffee chips, peanut brittle, walnut squares, and, of course, butterscotch, chocolate, coffee, and vanilla lollipops. Mmmmm!
